This stainless steel bubble-plate tower is 4 inches wide, has individual bypass valves, and is made entirely out of stainless steel for ultimate durability and ease of cleaning. It is a true commercial quality moonshine still tower at a hobbyist price! The bubble-cap technology gives you superior flexibility and control over the rate at which you run your still (compared to the simpler perforated plate design) while the valves allow you to fine-tune the flavor of your final product.

While additional plates with bypass valves cannot be installed, you can add as many copper bubble plate sections as you’d like, either above or below the stainless steel bubble-plate section. This gives you the versatility you need to make neutral spirits like vodka with as many plates as your ceiling can accommodate, or craft flavorful spirits like whiskey, rum, or brandy with only a couple plates.

As with all of our stainless steel stills, if you plan to make spirits, we highly recommend placing copper mesh inside the column.
