Upgrade your fermentation setup with our 30L (7.9 gal) food-grade plastic bucket, perfect for all fermentations, especially suited for on-grain fermentations, since the bucket allows enough space for both the liquid and the grain to ferment. This means that you can ferment without having to strain the grain out prior to putting the mash into the fermenter, which greatly reduces your chances of getting an infected batch. It is also perfect for higher volume ferments like wine kits and high krausen beers like Hefeweizen. This bucket offers ample space, nearly 2 gallons larger than standard 6-gallon buckets, accommodating these larger batches with ease.

Crafted from polypropylene, these buckets boast superior smoothness and reduced porosity compared to HDPE fermenters, ensuring easier cleaning and sanitization. Say goodbye to flavor carryover from batch to batch, as polypropylene doesn’t absorb aroma like HDPE does.

Featuring pre-molded threads for a spigot, this bucket offers added convenience. Simply select the drilled out spigot hole option (or drill out your own) and install your desired spigot (we recommend a 5/8″ drill bit). The side has graduation marks molded directly on it, in both gallons and liters. The tight-sealing lid ensures a secure closure, requiring a firm downward force to lock in place.
