How we Ship Your Products
At checkout, you have the ability to select your preferred shipping provider. Generally, products are shipped out in corrugated cardboard boxes with our company’s initials in place of the company name. If two very large items are ordered, they may be shipped in separate boxes.
How we Determine the Shipping Prices
We don’t… the carrier does! MoonshineDistiller.com has chosen to connect directly to the carrier’s database, which allows us to automatically calculate your shipping charges. The carrier calculates shipping charges based on the shipping destination and weight of the shipped item(s). Additionally, some carriers like UPS give us a volume discount, which we pass straight to you, and we never add bogus handling fees. Unfortunately, these rates do not include insurance, so if you would like to add that to your order please give us a call.
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within one-two business days of your purchase. On the rare occasion that extenuating circumstances cause the shipment of your order to be delayed (ie, out-of-stock items or holiday delays), you are welcome to cancel it at any point until it has been tendered to the shipping carrier. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out after the holiday. As a courtesy, MoonshineDistiller.com sends an automated email, including the tracking number, when the shipping label is generated. The majority of orders reach our customers within three business days from time of shipment.
