The high elevations and cooler mountain temperatures give our wheat a distinct flavor profile that will be a joy to those who use it.
Wheat is used primarily for making wheat whiskeys, unique vodkas and gins, or adding a subtle flavor to more traditional blends. Adding a light and sweet note, reminiscent of fresh wheat bread this will add a very mild flavor, especially with the less spicy grains.
Our wheat can be ordered pre-milled, or unmilled!
When ordering 50 pounds or more of unmilled wheat, the price drops to $4.94 per 5 pounds.
