How we Ship Your Products has chosen FedEx as our preferred shipping provider. Generally, products are shipped out in corrugated cardboard packaging, with a cushioning space-filler to protect the products. If two very large items are ordered, they may be shipped in separate boxes.

How we Determine the Shipping Prices

We don’t…Fedex does! has chosen to connect directly to the FedEx database, which allows us to automatically calculate your shipping charges. FedEx calculates shipping charges based on the shipping destination and weight of the shipped item(s). Additionally, FedEx gives us a volume discount, which we pass straight to you, and we never add bogus handling fees. Unfortunately, these rates do not include insurance, so if you would like to add that to your order please give us a call.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day of your purchase. On the rare occasion that extenuating circumstances cause the shipment of your order to be delayed (ie, out-of-stock items or holiday delays), you are welcome to cancel it at any point until it has been tendered to the shipping carrier. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. As a courtesy, sends an automated email, including the tracking number, when the shipping label is generated. The majority of orders reach our customers within three business days from time of shipment. The map at the right illustrates typical shipping times.

To aid in your shipping method decision, we provide estimated delivery dates, however, these are not guaranteed. The website pulls this information directly from Fedex, but system occasionally has trouble with non-business days (like holidays for which we are closed and weekends).
