This pure distilling yeast is a high yielding whiskey yeast that is used in whiskey production, with robust and authentic aromatics. In addition to the pure distilling yeast, each sachet contains amyloglucosidase for breaking down longer-chain sugars for the highest efficiency.
Instructions: Add the Whiskey Yeast to cooled mash <30C (86F) and ferment at 17-27C (63-80F).
